Holly G., Track Operator
Holly proudly stepped into the role of Track Operator for the 2026 season after spending the past five years working closely alongside Austin and learning every aspect of track operations, maintenance, and race-day management. As a dedicated BMX parent and passionate supporter of the sport, Holly takes tremendous pride in Richfield Park BMX, the home track her family has grown to love. Along with her five children, she spends much of the racing season traveling across Michigan to support and experience BMX at tracks throughout the state. Her strong commitment to the BMX community, combined with her hands-on experience and family-centered approach, makes her a valuable leader and advocate for riders and families at RP-BMX.

Paul R., President
Paul proudly serves as President of the Board of Directors for RP-BMX, providing leadership, direction, and continued advocacy for the organization within the local community. With a long and respected history at Richfield Park BMX, Paul has become a familiar and energetic presence both on and off the track. Known for his charisma and enthusiasm, he can often be found in the announcer’s tower on race days keeping riders, families, and spectators informed and entertained. Beyond BMX, Paul is also a well-renowned baseball announcer and an active volunteer within the community, always willing to lend his time and talents to support local events and organizations. His dedication to RP-BMX goes far beyond race day, as he regularly contributes several hours each week toward track and grounds maintenance, helping ensure the facility remains safe, welcoming, and race-ready for everyone.

Dennis "Yogi" Y., Treasurer
Dennis has been a dedicated part of the RP-BMX family for decades, serving more than 20 years as Track Operator before passing the torch to Austin in 2021. Even after stepping down from the role, Dennis has remained an integral leader within the organization and currently serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. He oversees the organization’s accounting and budgeting, and his commitment to fiscal responsibility and strong stewardship has helped make major improvements and upgrades to the track and facilities possible for riders and families alike.
Known throughout the BMX community as a passionate National Age Group rider, Dennis regularly travels across the country competing in races and representing RP-BMX on the national stage. His love for the sport extends far beyond competition, as he continues to volunteer dozens of hours each week toward the operation and maintenance of the track. In recognition of his outstanding dedication and service, Dennis was awarded the Presidential Volunteer Service Medal in 2023.

Austin K., Secretary
Austin M. brings a lifetime of BMX experience and dedication to the team. Having served as Track Operator for over five years, Austin has played a major role in the growth, operation, and success of the track. Throughout his BMX career, he has earned multiple district, state, and national age group titles, giving him firsthand knowledge of the sport both on and off the track. Today, he serves as the organization’s Secretary and Coach, where he helps guide and mentor riders of all ages and skill levels. In addition to coaching, Austin is heavily involved in track design, daily function, and maintenance, helping ensure the facility remains safe, competitive, and enjoyable for the entire BMX community.

Krystal W., Registration Manager
Krystal serves as the Registration Manager for Richfield Park BMX and is truly an irreplaceable asset to the organization. She oversees all race day registration operations, helping ensure events run smoothly and efficiently for riders and families alike. Known for her dedication, organization, and positive attitude, Krystal can most often be found behind the scenes scoring races and keeping everything on track. Her commitment to BMX extends far beyond her home track, as she regularly volunteers her time at tracks across the state while traveling with her family for races. Whether at RP-BMX or supporting another BMX community, Krystal’s willingness to step up and help wherever needed makes her an invaluable part of the sport and the Richfield Park BMX family.

Chris W., Coach
Chris serves as the Track Coach at Richfield Park BMX and plays a vital role in developing the next generation of riders. He is responsible for introducing new riders to the sport and leads both the Race for Five and Beginner’s League programs, helping riders build confidence, skills, and a love for BMX from day one. In addition to his work at RP-BMX, Chris also serves as the Michigan Team Manager for the American Soldier Network BMX Team, further demonstrating his dedication to the BMX community.
Known for his patience, encouragement, and natural connection with children, Chris has a unique ability to create a safe and welcoming learning environment where riders feel comfortable pushing themselves and improving quickly. His coaching style builds trust with both riders and parents alike, and his positive impact keeps new families coming back as they grow within the sport.
